For many women who pregnant wanna have a healthy baby,so we have to avoid the food that can make our baby health.many women follows a healthy pregnancy diet plan.this is some foods that you have to avoid during pregnant:

1.Fish
The fish that you have to avoid are king mackerel, shellfish, swordfish, sea bass, and tuna and the other fish has containing mercury.although fish is a good food but in some cases you have to avoid this to make your baby health because some cases that fish who contain mercury can damage the brain child.

2.Raw Meat and Poultry
Food can contain bacteria that can harm your baby.during pregnant only eat fully cooked meat and poultry.you have to avoid to eat hot dogs, sausages, or deli meat during pregnant.

3.Unpasteurized Milk and Fruit Juices
Milk and fruit juices are a good food but when you pregnant you have to avoid because that food can contain bacterial that can harm your baby.

4.Alcohol
Do not consume the alcohol during pregnancy because the alcohol can causes fetal abnormalities, facial deformities, and developmental problems in the baby.

5.Caffeine
you don’t eat caffeine to much during pregnancy because can increase heart rate for you baby and this is not good for baby development.
