How I can weight loss in A minute?

Many people are dreaming to have a slim body and there are so many ways offer to make this come true.especially for the women who has slim body in fast way.but not only slim you have to think! you have to consider about your health,because many women do not consider about the health when they try to weight loss fat.so many women use the drug to weight loss but many drugs that has a side effect that can make the new diseases for your body.but you can start at the moment to weight loss in health ways.to weight loss in a minute is easy you just to arrange your eat pattern and always do some Exercises.you are also to consume the health food such as vegetables,fruits and vitamin to keep your body strong.

this is some advices to to weight loss:
1.Exercise
You have to exercise at least once a week for 30 minutes to 1 hour.this exercise to reduce your fat and keep your body health.
2.Focus to your Health
you have focus to your health not only think that you has to be slim.health is more important then anything.
3.Analyze why you be fat
You have analyze why you be fat.when you analyze you will find what the causes that make you fat.
4. Eating slowly
Eating slowly can reduce the people to have fat body.many researchers found that many people eating in hurry. that cause you will have fat body faster.
5.Change your lifestyle
if you always eat the fast food start for now you have to reduce to eat the fast food.
6.Sleep well
As you know that our body has to restore the power so we can keep our body health.you have to sleep at least 8 hours a night.
this way work for me I write this based on my experience.
