8 Ways To AVoid Acne
As we know acne is very bother our performance.so if we get acne we want remove as soon as possible.but the best way is to avoid the acne spread up in our body such as at face,neck and back.the common acne appears because of sweat.this is some tips to avoid the acne that cause by sweat.
1.first when you get sweat or after do some exercise you have to as soon as possible to take a bath and clean up your body.don’t forget do not use the same clothe that you use to exercise.
